Automotive molds are Sunway¡¯s core business. For over seven years we
specialized in the professional manufacturing of automotive molds. This
includes automotive interior and exterior parts and molds. Our high
level of technical support, respected quality control system and a rich
history supporting the automotive industry insure quality tooling at a
lower price, excellent on time delivery and unmatched performance.
As our core business we have the equipment you would expect. CNC
mills up to 3,200cm x 1,600cm, large double head EDM which are for mid
to large size automotive up to 3 meters and weight 30 ton. Most of the
mold we design use Hot Runner Systems in order to Speed Injection
Molding Cycle Time and reduce Material waste.
Our Specialty tooling includes Molds for Bumpers, Dashboard, Door
Panels, Air Conditioner Housing and even Suit Case molds.
We have successfully completed tooling projects and shipped to all
corners of the Globe: Europe, North American, China and Japan.
